Unwanted hair straighteners that are unused can be returned for a full refund or alternative pair of straighteners (additional payment may be required) within fourteen days from the purchase date. The consumer arranges return delivery of the straighteners at their own cost.

All professional hair straighteners are supplied with a manufacturers warranty and as such, if your ceramic straightener develops a fault within this period, please see the information within the product box. Professional straighteners are designed to be used day in and day out by top styling so in the unlikely event that they develop a fault then you can send it back to us and we will arrange for a repair or replacement to be issued.
